4 hour Workshop with Melanie in Aylsham
The yoga I teach has been inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. This isn't so much a style of yoga, as an invitation to discover for ourselves, a more natural way of working with our bodies. A way of unwinding more fully and freely into yoga postures, using less strain or force.
We will explore a few yoga positions, simple breathing and relaxation, which will invite you to go through the tiny changes and adjustments that the body loves and needs. Helping us to feel more comfortable in our own skin.
All levels of experience are welcome to come and explore the yoga, in a sensitive and relaxed way.
(please bring a savoury vegetarian dish to share for lunch)
