This weekend course will be spent in guided Scaravelli-inspired Yoga with Melanie, interwoven with Buddhist mindfulness with Dr Pema Clark, 3 freshly prepared vegetarian lunches(with an olive oil tasting Saturday 22nd), and time to rest or be outdoors for local or coastal walks, and swims.
