At the beginning of the practice, we may feel full of noise, emotion, habits of holding.

As we continue, the connections between breath, spine, the earth, space become clear. Pain and discomfort lessen, with the awakening of breath and presence in the body. The inability to get comfortable in our own bodies, can transform into a living, vibrant and felt practice. From hidden holding everywhere in the body, can come a fully natural grace, a new bodily radiance. Spontaneous motion can replace a frozen stillness. You can only let go into the subtle dance, play, and feel your way in.
