While teaching yoga retreats in Italy and Sardinia, I discovered Vanda Scaravelli’s approach. And I enjoy a very physical approach to meditation, awakening body and freeing breath. I weave together yoga poses, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation. This is a surrender and a letting go practice, which invites full, embodied awareness. I also teach Authentic Movement.
