I hold the 500 hour BWY teacher training.

While leading Yoga retreats in Italy and Sardinia, I discovered Vanda Scaravelli’s approach to Yoga, and I continue to study with Bill Wood.

There is such a joy and delight playing with the breath, gravity and the spine. All the explorations feel like a delicious, delightful way to find the quiet body, to soothe, integrate and calm. Cultivating nearness, while listening to the body’s deep whisperings, to be close. The spirit of developing contemplative movement, as you participate in your own embodiment.

I teach Yoga and Authentic Movement, in my Aylsham studio in North Norfolk. I also enjoy Meditation .

Our real teachers are the rhythms and needs of our bodies, and the earth, in relationship with the play of the breath. We discover that stillness is a subtle, natural motion, a dance of upright balancing, and Breath keeps the spine in constant motion.
