Qigong Workshops

Qigong simply means to cultivate and work our Qi,
that is, our Vital Energy.
Through some simple Qigong exercises,
I will introduce to you, the Principles of Qigong,
showing you how to promote the flow of Qi from nature to within and throughout your body, improving co-ordination, flexibility and circulation. Qigong is a restorative Practice that benefits all our bodily systems and organs
as well as helping with our Wellbeing, providing us with the Strength and Vitality, we all need.
I have learnt and practiced Qigong Forms, passed on by Qigong Masters, for the past 27 years, encompassing Dayan Qigong, Shibashi 18 Form Tai Chi Qigong, and recently Zhineng Qigong. Together with my accumulative Qigong knowledge and my passion for the Practice I would like to continue my informal introduction to the values and health benefits of Qigong to you all.
Saturday July 5th - Calming the Mind
10-3pm or 10-12.30pm. All are welcomed for a shared vegetarian lunch
